DIGITIAL DOWNLOAD RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At TrueTone, we’re committed to helping you create photos you’re proud of. Every preset in our collection is custom-built, tested on real images, and designed to deliver consistent results. We stand behind our products and want you to be confident in your purchase.

Because these are digital downloads, once a file has been delivered we cannot offer returns or refunds. However, we will consider refunds in special cases, including (but not limited to):

• Accidental duplicate orders

• Technical issues on our end (e.g. wrong files sent)

• Other situations at our reasonable discretion

If you’re not satisfied with how your presets are working, please reach out. Our team is highly responsive and will work with you to troubleshoot and find a solution — whether that’s guidance on installation, editing tips, or swapping your purchase for a different pack.

RESERVED RIGHTS REGARDING RETURNS
We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:

• An irregular or excessive returns history (including but limited to used, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items)
• Potential fraudulent or criminal activity
• Clarifications may be requested in the form of photos or video content to better understand the reason for return
